We welcome either financial donations of $100-500, donations in-kind such as photocopies or food, or volunteering your time during mela with tasks such as childcare, food preparation etc. All our supporters will be graciously acknowledged in our materials and on our website. Community supporters and community-based organizations will also be offered the opportunity to table information during the mela.

We believe that the mela youth gathering is a truly unique and beneficial opportunity for South Asian youth to dialogue on and explore community social issues through self-expression, education, and arts & culture. We hope that this mela will provide South Asian youth with lasting political, cultural, and social spaces within which to continue the process of debate, dialogue and critical-thinking.
